Meriwether Ranch was a poorly-timed “private residence club,” fancy talk for a more luxurious version of time-shared property. The real estate was in a prime fly fishing location in western Montana, near to 5 blue-ribbon rivers. I imagined a book written by a fictional local character that ends up describing the area with a whole passel of relatable anecdotes. Our copywriter wrote it, I designed the book and did some pen and ink illustrations too. The marketing material was well-received, but alas, the project’s financing went belly-up, and the development was eventually converted into private homes.
Work done at Noot Group.
